Pet Friendly - Most of our houses will allow pets to stay in the yard or garage. Bring your loved ones with you rather than leaving them behind or at the kennels. We do hope your pets are house trained. Please check with Hayley. Some of our houses are located to Ulladulla's only dog friendly beach, for long long walks!!
Personal Service - Unlike other rental accommodation, in times of need, Hayley is available to assist you to solve any problems you may have.

Ulladulla is located a short 3 hours drive south of Sydney on the scenic Princes Highway. Alternatively if you're from Canberra, turn north at Batemans Bay, and we are 30 minutes away.
Racecourse Beach Ulladullla is on the south side of town, only a short 5 minute drive from the town centre. Its protected from the summer nor-easters and is the only dog friendly beach in town. It is un-patrolled, but is safe for swimming in periods of low swell. The patrolled beach of popular Mollymook is located a short 10 minutes away.
Relax...and unwind in the peace and quiet. This area remains uncrowded compared to other holiday destinations. Find an empty beach to walk on, or curl up in a sunny corner, catch a fish in the morning and have it on the barbecue for dinner. Or head down to the local fishing co-op and get your fish fresh off the boats. Go whale spotting (June/July or September/October), or be lucky enough to swim with wild dolphins.
Fishing... ocean, beach, rock or lake fishing are all within minutes of your holiday haven.

Ulladulla Leisure Centre has a gym, 4 pools & kids activities. Ulladulla also has a Cinema & Timezone.
Shopping- The historic town of Milton has great Art galleries,boutiques & crafts, Ulladulla has a range of shops and boutiques to browse & a choice of supermarkets.
Dining- There are many restaurants & cafes in Ulladulla ranging from fish and chips to award winning restaurants. There are also a number of clubs providing dining & entertainment. Membership not required if you reside outside the district. Just bring id. Nearby Milton and Burrill Lake also offers a variety of cafes from vegetarian to gourmet cuisine.
Day outings include Batemans Bay, Historic Mogo Town, Whale & Dolphin Watch Cruises- Jervis Bay, 4WD Tours, and fishing charters.
There are also a number of award winning local wineries to visit and sample.
